Can I bring my Dog?

We are dog enthusiasts and may accommodate your canine companion. However, it is imperative to consider the group dynamic and ensure the safety of local wildlife and farmland. Therefore, your dog must remain on a lead at all times during our excursions. 

Is this suitable for children?

This activity may present challenges for younger children. It is advisable for participants to be aged 10 and above. For further clarification, please contact Simon directly to discuss specific concerns. 

What about the weather?

Given the unpredictable nature of British weather, postponements may be necessary due to adverse conditions and concerns for your safety. If an alternative date cannot be agreed upon, we will issue a full refund. Please note that if a boat trip is part of your package, there may be instances where the walking tour proceeds while the boat does not operate. In such cases, we will arrange alternative transport. 

What do I wear?

We strongly recommend appropriate walking footwear, as surfaces can be slippery and uneven. Expect both inclines and declines throughout the walking routes, as well as steps. Footwear such as flip-flops, beach shoes, and sandals are unsuitable. Please consider the weather conditions on the day and plan appropriate outerwear.

Safety

Please consider sunsafety - hat and sunscreen is recommended

Bring water to keep hydrated and consider your energy levels and whether you require snacks. 

Cancellation Policy

 What if I need to cancel? 

A full refund will be provided, subject to 48 hours notice.

Partial refund with notice of between 24 and 48 hours notice

In the event  that Looe and Beyond walking tours are cancelled due to weather conditions, an alternative date will be offered, or a full refund will be granted. Should a planned boat trip be cancelled due to unsuitable conditions, we will refund the difference between the cost of the boat and the alternative transport arranged.
